Download the file to a temporary folder (for example "C:\TEMP") and run it.  All files needed for installation will be unpacked to a temporary folder and the installer will then run automatically.

When you have installed the Syberad Calculator, you can get help on how to use it by clicking the "Help" menu and then the "Contents" option.  You can also obtain context-sensitive help by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard when the mouse cursor is located in one of the Calculator's controls.
